At Print3dresins, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we are happy to help you process a refund or exchange based on the terms below.
Eligibility for Refunds:
-Products: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, products must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
-Digital Products/Downloads: Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not offered once the product has been downloaded or accessed. However, we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis if there is an issue with the product (e.g., technical error, defective file).
How to Request a Refund:
-To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at info@print3dresins.com within the eligible refund period. Include the following information in your request:
-Order number
-Proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, etc.)
-Reason for the refund request
We aim to process all refund requests within 2 business days of receiving your request.
Refund Method:
-Refunds will be issued using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited back to your card. Refunds may take 3-5 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank or payment processor.
Exchanges:
-If you would prefer to exchange an item rather than receive a refund, please contact our customer service team for instructions. Exchanges are subject to availability and may require additional payment if the exchange item costs more than your original purchase.
Shipping Costs:
-For Returns: If you are requesting a refund for an item, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item was defective or incorrect.
-For Exchanges: We will cover the cost of shipping for exchanges of defective or incorrect items. For all other exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will assist you with a refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.

We reserve the right to update or change our refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately upon publication.
